All Pfarrside Creations items are handmade in our basement workshop. Every journal is crafted one at a time with attention to detail and care.
Where do you source your leather?
We use quality leather sourced locally from Tandy Leather, right down the street from us. This allows us to stay hands-on with material selection and maintain consistency in what we create.
Are your journals really handmade?
Yes, each journal is cut, assembled, and finished by hand. No mass production, no shortcuts.
How long will my order take?
Since all items are made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for processing before shipping. Custom requests or busy seasons may take a bit longer.
Can I customize my journal?
Absolutely. Our journals are designed to be personalized. Available options will be listed on the product page when placing your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products. If there’s an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll make it right.
Will my journal look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is handmade and uses natural leather, so slight variations in color, grain, and markings are normal and part of what makes your item unique.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
If you’re interested in a larger order or something outside our listed options, feel free to contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

Leather is a natural material that ages beautifully over time. Keep it dry, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and consider using a leather conditioner occasionally to maintain its look and feel.
